Privacy Policy
Show Pen is an entry sheet, prep countdown and show record for poultry exhibitors. It keeps everything on your device.

What the app stores, and where

None of this is sent to us or to anyone else. We have no copy of it and cannot see it.
Permissions
- Camera – asked only when you choose to photograph a bird or a judge's card.
- Photo library – used when you pick an existing photo for a bird, or save an exported bird card image.
- Notifications – asked only when you tap "Remind me". Reminders are local notifications created on your device; no push service is used.
You can change any permission at any time in the iOS Settings app.
Websites opened inside the app
Show schedules, entry forms and club websites open in Show Pen's built-in browser. Those pages are run by their own owners and follow their own privacy policies. The built-in browser does not keep cookies or website data after you close it.
Sharing
When you share an entry list or a bird card, the iOS share sheet sends it only to the app or person you choose.
Children
Show Pen is a general-audience tool and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Deleting your data
Use Settings → "Start my own season" to clear the loft, shows, results and photos, or delete the app to remove everything it stored.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
